Information About Shipping
Many small items (bed brackets, wheels and glides, etc.) are kept in stock and typically ship within 3 business days following your order. Bed frames, center support systems, headboards and footboards, appliances, and other large items may require additional processing time. We ship all items as soon as possible, but keep in mind that these larger items may require 2-3 weeks to process before shipping.
Orders are shipped from multiple warehouses, most of them located in Ontario or British Columbia. We utilize multiple carriers to facilitate the best shipping experience, including Canada Post, Canpar, Purolator, UPS, DHL, and others. Tracking information will be e-mailed to you when the shipment is processed.
Is My Order Eligible for Free Shipping?
Unless specified otherwise on the product detail page, items purchased through this website will receive Free Shipping using "Best Way" service, meaning we will use the best shipping option available to reach your address in a reasonable time.
Will there be taxes?
Applicable GST/HST will be collected at the time you place your order, and will be reflected in the shopping cart during checkout.
What if I need something from your United States warehouses?
All items listed on this website are sold by Homeplace Canada and shipped from Canadian warehouses, so you do not need to worry about International shipping. However, we carry many more products in our United States warehouses. If you find a product on our US website which you would like to order, please contact us by phone at 1-800-823-4233 to arrange for international shipping.
